LAUNCH PRIVACY NOTICE — LAST UPDATED 26 AUGUST 2026
1. Purpose
HRLogX helps organisations manage people and workforce information. Customer data is used to provide, secure, support, and improve the agreed HRLogX service.
2. Roles and access
The customer organisation controls the employee and workforce information it enters into HRLogX. Okware Experiments trading as OX Labs processes that information on the organisation’s behalf to provide HRLogX. The service uses role-aware access so users see only information appropriate to their responsibilities.
3. Security and confidentiality
HRLogX is being built around controlled access, authentication, and careful handling of workforce information. No system can promise absolute security, but protecting employee information is a core product responsibility.
4. Requests, retention, and exports
Employees should direct privacy requests to their employer first. HRLogX supports the customer organisation where needed. Suspended customer data is retained for 90 days before deletion. During that period, an authorised administrator may request one export of core organisation, workforce, and employee records in CSV; delivery is a secure link that expires after seven days.
5. Trial and website information
A trial request may include organisation and administrator contact information for verification and onboarding. Unverified requests are deleted after 30 days. The marketing website does not hold customer employee records. Optional marketing messages require a separate opt-in; service messages remain necessary for an active trial or customer relationship.
