LAUNCH TERMS — LAST UPDATED 26 AUGUST 2026
1. Provider and service
HRLogX is a People & Workforce Management System operated by Okware Experiments trading as OX Labs, Kampala, Uganda. A customer receives access only after the applicable agreement is accepted by an authorised organisation administrator.
2. Trial access
A trial provides 30 days of HRLogX Complete access. It begins only after the organisation, its first administrator, and the workspace are verified and created. At launch, automatic trial creation is limited to eligible Uganda organisations; other requests use advisor-led onboarding. One trial is available per organisation.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, assigning authorised administrators, managing their users, and ensuring their use of HRLogX is lawful and appropriate for their organisation.
4. Plans, billing, and payment
HRLogX offers Foundation and HRLogX Complete. Monthly invoices use the active managed employee count on the renewal date and are sent seven calendar days before renewal. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are shown separately where required. Payment is required before paid access continues after the trial and is made by bank transfer using the verified invoice instructions. Plan changes take effect at the next monthly renewal; all commercial timing is in Africa/Kampala (EAT).
5. Cancellation, access, and export
An authorised organisation administrator may request cancellation by emailing hrlogx@oxlabs.africa. Access ends at the end of the paid monthly term. An unpaid trial becomes read-only for 14 days, then is suspended. Suspended customer data is retained for 90 days before deletion. During that period, an authorised administrator may request one CSV export of core organisation, workforce, and employee records; uploaded documents are excluded.
6. Agreement and governing law
Acceptance is recorded with the applicable terms version, administrator identity, and timestamp. These terms and the customer agreement are governed by the laws of Uganda. For commercial or support questions, email hrlogx@oxlabs.africa.
